How the math works

Concentration (mcg/mL) = (Peptide in vial mg × 1,000) ÷ Diluent added mL

Draw volume (mL) = Desired dose mcg ÷ Concentration mcg/mL

Syringe units = Draw volume mL × Units per mL on your syringe

Example: 5 mg peptide + 2 mL diluent → 2,500 mcg/mL. A 250 mcg dose = 0.10 mL = 10 units on a U-100 syringe.
